, if you get the feeling for a moment that you've lost it. Just calm down. Clic clac clac! We've got a premonition! We've got your back. Slap it on. Don't lose it.What is a Lessee? A Lessee is a contractual party who rents space in your property and is responsible for paying you rent, taxes, insurance, and maintenance. You are NOT a Lessee.
